Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. How you will make an impact:
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the department of health. The Clinical Director will ensure that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way. Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are up-to-date to reflect the residents needs and desires. Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, Day Shift and Rotating on-call.
What you will need:
- Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience; preferably in Assisted Living
