Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Lindencroft is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Lindencroft provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Lindencroft specialized in youth at risk or victims of CSEC. Lindencroft is located in Berkley, MA (10 minutes from Taunton, MA. 20 minutes from Fall River and 20 minutes from Brockton).

    JRI Provides The Training So That:

    • YOU will be able to provide direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services provided including individual, family and group therapies and unique therapies provided including ARC, CBT, DBT, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy modalities.
    • YOU will be able to work in tandem with the Program Director and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of the programmatic clinical services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
    • YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting youth in developing and by role modeling effective coping strategies.
    • YOU will help youth discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more. Your day-to-day work will support youth in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

    Requirements:

    • Must be 21 years of age.
    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field required.
    • LICSW or LMHC eligible.
    • Clinical Management experience preferred.
    • At JRI, you will learn restraint reduction skills and techniques so that physical management is always the very last resort.
    • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
