The Hospital Laboratory Director will join a well-respected, non-profit organization that has achieved national recognition for its excellence in numerous specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Specialties, and Advanced Oncology. This medical center, with over 150 beds, is recognized for its outstanding stroke management and holds the Joint Commission Advanced Certification as a Primary Care Stroke Center.

The Director of Hospital Laboratory will report to the Chief Operating Officer, leading clinical and administrative oversight of a crucial department. Supporting the Director is a tenured ASCP Laboratory Manager, as well as a Technical Supervisor and an Informatics and QA Supervisor. In addition, this leader will oversee a terrific team of Medical Technologists, Technicians, and Lab Assistants in this fast-paced department. 

The Lab Director will be responsible for ensuring lab safety and compliance, collaborating with other department heads, and maintaining a focus on high-quality patient care. The Hospital Laboratory Director’s leadership will foster a culture of respect, diligence, and continuous improvement.
