As the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are operated in accordance with advisory and regulatory standards, maintain a fiscally sound budget, develop and implement department initiatives that align with the greater health system’s mission, oversee administrative operations, and ensure that the clinical labs are operating at the highest standard of quality. The Hospital Lab Director will have a Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or a related Laboratory science field with a minimum 2 years of prior acute care hospital laboratory experience.
