In addition to managing finances and monitoring and maintaining the facility's compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for supervising all clinical and administrative tasks, creating and implementing facility management plans, managing quality assurance procedures, and guaranteeing that each resident has the freedom to live as they choose.

• Having a current New York State LNHA Certification

• Three years of prior experience as an administrator in long-term care
