The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director will enjoy working in this active unit that plays a vital part in providing customized care for recovering patients. This role is responsible for ensuring all pharmacy needs within the hospital are met. This includes staffing and budgeting.

The role oversees the administrative and operational functions of the unit. This Pharmacy Leader will have a team of direct reports and will supervise a staff of full-time employees. Therefore the ideal candidate would have supervisory or management experience. Hospital Pharmacy experience in a Clinical Setting is required. The Pharmacy Director reports to the CNO and VP of Patient Care Services.
