Job Description:

As a Water Jet Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water jet cutting machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating warehouse equipment as well as responsible for cleaning and quality-checking the machinery to ensure everything works as it should. The operator will also inspect the parts produced and perform other duties such as organizing material and other various tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup, monitor, adjust and conduct routine maintenance and safety checks as required for the waterjet cutting machines
• Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality and accuracy of finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow established rules and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Water Jet Operator
• Remain in challenging physical positions for long periods of time
• Knowledge of production procedures
• Attention to detail
• Handle heavy equipment
• Work independently as well as with a team
• Ability to multitask
• Good verbal communication skills
• Integrity
• Problem solving skills

• 1st Shift – 5:30am-2:00pm
• 2nd Shift – 1:45pm-10:15pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
