Job Title: Sales Associate

Salary: $18/hour plus commission

Hours: Flexible between 12 - 6 PM Monday to Friday, 4 hour shifts. Saturdays 10 -2 PM

Overview:

Code Ninjas is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our educational programs to prospective students and parents. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and promote Code Ninjas programs effectively.

Sales Generation: Actively pursue leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into enrollments.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Code Ninjas programs, curriculum, and offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Consultative Selling: Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their interests, goals, and skill levels.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, processing enrollments, and maintaining customer records.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our programs and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve team goals.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales and customer service to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for technology, education, and working with children.

Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Reliable and Responsible - excellent work ethic

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
