**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and fashion, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs

- Operate IPad POS system to handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & store

- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Process returns and exchanges efficiently

**Skills:**

- Experience in womens fashion sales preferred

-Experience in fashion visual merchandising is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish too is a big plus!

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently

- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively

WEEKEND AVAILABLITY IS REQUIRED.

Staff is scheduled from 10am to 9pm Monday - Saturday & 11:30am to 7pm Sunday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
