    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is a local, long standing, full service financial services company looking to add energetic, self-motivated, Account Resolution Specialists to our team. We offer a competitive salary and excellent comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with American Coradius International serving large national banking clients.

    The ideal candidate for this exciting work from home opportunity will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, the Account Resolution Specialist should be disciplined/strongly self-motivated to take great care of the customers and resolve their needs.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Resolution Specialist will utilize various recovery strategies and methodologies, to contact consumers to negotiate payment within federal, state and client receivable guidelines and laws.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve personal and team goals and targets.
    • Utilize telephones, letter, dialer and skip tracing techniques to contact customers and obtain payment
    • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, problem solving, and ACI’s 1Customer philosophy.
    • Ensure proper utilization of tools and workstations in regard to the corporate Security and Privacy policy. Safeguard confidential information and data; report any risks which violate security through proper procedures.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures (to include all IT required security and privacy policies and procedures), client standards and all applicable federal, state and regulatory laws
    • Proper documentation of accounts within regulatory guidelines
    • Adhere to company verbatim scripting requirements
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Ability to comply with minimum work schedule (includes evenings and weekends)
    • Process credit, debit, check by phone payments
    • Perform other duties as assigned or needed

    Additional Requirements:

    High School diploma or GED

    At least 6 months previous experience in the financial service industry, customer service, sales, ora related role (preferred)

    Basic computer and keyboard skills

    Knowledge of client application system (after training)

    Must pass client clearance requirements, up to and including background checks and drug tests

    Knowledge and use of the phone system (after training)

    Ability to meet client scheduling requirements:

    Full time, 37.5 or 40 hour per week position

    A combination of day and evening shifts, (see specific schedule acknowledgement form)

    Physical / Mental Requirements:

    Home work space must be quiet and distraction free.

    Must have reliable internet connection ability to connect company provided equipment to a router.

    Must be able to work with IT representatives to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

    Sedentary position requiring sitting 80% of the time

    Dual hand dexterity / repetitive use of hands 80% of the time (typing on computer and dialing phone)

    Ability to speak proper English grammar and use proper telephone etiquette

    Ability to hear

    Simple/light grasping required of both hands 80% of the time

    Typical noise level for work environment (moderate noise)

    Close vision required (clear vision on 15 inch or larger computer monitors)
