Are you a customer-service oriented individual interested in working behind the scenes for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem solving skills? As a Collections Specialist in Warsaw you will:
- Adhere to provisions as set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient customer service over the phone
- Monitor and contact customers with delinquent and overdraw accounts to achieve solution to bring the account current
- Conduct research and implement solutions on accounts
Basic Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two-years banking experience preferred
- Proficient in filing, data entry and research
- High school level accounting and basic understanding of bank accounting transactions
- Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Bilingual preferred
Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00

What does a Collections Supervisor do?
Collections Supervisor
Assists in Collections QC functions including DRF review, completing Correction Reports, performing follow-up discussions with staff as assigned, performing audits, reviewing QC records and data sheets, and assisting with QC activities as requested.
