Our central oversized stadium screen paired with hundreds of screens provides a 360° viewing experience, making every seat the best seat in the house. The Kitchen Supervisor will:
- Direct back of house operations managing cooks
- Manage people and oversee production of high-volume establishment
- Use a POS system
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
- Monitor cooking and chill temperatures
- Provide various support to all FOH and BOH staff during shifts, as needed.
- Develop and organize BOH through cleaning, maintenance, equipment care, and ordering and receiving.
- Oversee the kitchen staff while maintaining safety precautions
- Deal directly with FOH and bar management to resolve any issues.

New London is a seaport city and a port of entry on the northeast coast of the United States, located at the mouth of the Thames River in New London County, Connecticut. Collections Supervisor
Assists in Collections QC functions including DRF review, completing Correction Reports, performing follow-up discussions with staff as assigned, performing audits, reviewing QC records and data sheets, and assisting with QC activities as requested.
