What You Will Do: 

• Negotiates deal terms and lease documents, including renewals
• Executes the leasing strategy for the properties
• Builds strong relationships within the brokerage community
• Manages the entire leasing process from procurement through signature  
• Manages all incoming leasing inquires and broker calls
• Responsible for touring office space; providing accurate rental rates and terms
• Remains current on retail and market trends
• Develops and maintains competitive market reports
• Participates in regional and national trade shows
• Performs other duties as required

 What You Will Bring:

• 4 year’s commercial leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Proven ability to proactively source tenants and an effective negotiator
• A deep understanding of commercial leasing process and real estate laws
• Knowledge of construction methods and electrical/mechanical and HVAC systems
• Excellent sales and closing skills along with strong networking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be resourcefulness, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance
