First Insurance Agency of Mason City, Iowa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to service our Personal and/or Commercial Lines accounts.

This position will have daily interaction supporting and servicing a defined book of business. Position success requires working with clients and carriers and relies on strong internal and external communication, strong computer skills and a knowledge of partner carrier systems. Attention to detail and follow-up, time management, a positive attitude and ability to deal with customer issues in a friendly and professional manner is required. The successful candidate should possess solid analytical skills along with the ability to understand and analyze personal / commercial lines coverages, forms, and policies.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
