The Manager On Duty plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of cleaning services for APEX Commercial Cleaning customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties

• Supervise and support team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards are met.
• Manage daily cleaning operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees to build a strong team.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with budgeting to optimize overall performance.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the assistant manager to implement APEX policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings to ensure high standards of service are being met.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities management environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in budgeting and payroll management is a plus.
• Ability to supervise staff and foster a positive working environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning operations and equipment maintenance.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
