    We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and referral partners to ensure a seamless, supportive experience from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Client Communication & Support:

    Serve as one of the points of contact for clients, occasionally providing regular updates on case status and addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    - Client Onboarding:

    Guide new clients through the onboarding process, collecting necessary documents, explaining legal procedures, and making sure they feel comfortable and informed about the process ahead.

    - Case Management Assistance:

    Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case progression by managing client-related tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating records, and ensuring deadlines are met.

    - Client Retention & Satisfaction:

    Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their case, consistently ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing any potential concerns.

    - Conflict Resolution:

    Address and resolve client concerns, questions, or issues, ensuring a positive client experience even during challenging circumstances.

    - Referral Source Management:

    Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including medical providers, chiropractors, insurance agents, and other law firms. Serve as the main liaison for referral partners to strengthen collaboration and mutual success.

    - Referral Tracking & Reporting:

    Track and follow up on referred clients, ensuring quality service and maintaining a positive relationship with referral sources. Regularly report on the success of referral relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.

    - Networking & Outreach:

    Represent Feller & Wendt at local community events, legal forums, and other networking opportunities to cultivate and expand referral relationships in our four locations and beyond.

    - Client Feedback:

    Solicit, document, and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the firm's ongoing development of client service strategies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    - Experience:

    3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a professional services environment. Experience managing referral relationships is highly desirable.

    - Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey legal information clearly and empathetically.

    - Organization:

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    - Problem-Solving:

    Ability to address potential issues proactively and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.

    - Empathy & Understanding:

    A commitment to providing exceptional support to clients, especially during stressful and difficult times.

    - Technology Proficiency:

    Familiarity with case management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Prior experience in a personal injury law firm

    - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    - Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

    - Proven track record in managing referral relationships in a professional services environment
