    Outside / Inside Sales Representative

    Commercial Employees Inc. has been a leader in flexible staffing solutions in the Charleston SC Metro Area for over 20 years. As a member of our sales team, you will spend 50% of your days in the field finding new business and meeting with customers on-site. You will be assigned sales quotas, business development goals and must consistently stay on top of required administrative tasks with minimal supervision. With multiple offices across the Charleston Metro area , you’ll have unlimited opportunities to grow your sales career with Commercial Employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Telemarketing, prospecting, and cold calling.
    • Provide customer service and develop all new business accounts.
    • Market qualification/pre-call planning.
    • Determine the needs of current and prospective clients.
    • Closing/Follow Up – Continued communication to penetrate accounts and grow the business.
    Qualifications

    • Motivated, self-starter with minimal direction required.
    • Outgoing, upbeat, and positive.
    • Exemplary communication skills
    • Assertive / Goal oriented
    • Expert Time management and Planning Skills
    • Strong prospecting skills.
    • Ability to problem solve and critically think.
    • Sales CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, LinkedIn, Internet Search
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Base Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Commissions

    Commissions: Successful Sales team earn between - $26,0000 & $80,000 in additional income.
