Advanced Tire Service is family-owned and operating since 2011! We’re a local Goodyear, Michelin, and Bridgestone Dealer. We currently have five (5) locations serving Brooksville, Ocala, Gainesville, and Lake City.

In addition to in-shop services, our TIA-certified technicians and 24/7/365 commercial tire emergency roadside technicians get the job done! From fleet inspections, new tires, Goodyear retreading, farm equipment, construction equipment, tractor/trailers, to Goodyear National Accounts and Government pricing, we are the Advanced Team! We are currently seeking a team member who believes they can be an “Advanced” Commercial Tire Sales Writer.

As a Commercial Tire Sales Writer, you work directly with our customers and our tire technicians. This is a high-paced, high-volume position. Those who are quick on their feet and with their mind need to apply. The ability to be able to multi-task is essential. Fluent computer, phone, communication, and organization skills are required.

Medium and Heavy-Duty Tire Knowledge and Experience is REQUIRED. Tire sizes such as but not limited to 11R225, 12R225, 295/75R225, 20.5-25, etc.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

· Receiving and dispatching orders for products or services

· Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

· Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

· Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

· Evaluate customer needs and make product recommendations

· Generate tire quotes

· Complete tire orders for special products or stock

· Receives inventory into our point-of-sale system

· Field daily business-related phone calls

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and/or services in order to provide accurate information to customers

· Encompassing an eagerness to supply our customers with the best service they deserve while being a great coworker to our staff

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

· Must have strong time management skills, as well as, close attention to detail.

· Ability to load/unload semi-truck tires in inventory containers

Pay: $35,000.00 to $ 45,000.00 per year based on experience
