We are looking for:

• Self motivated individuals extremely detail oriented
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• 2 years of distribution experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate and purchase supplies based on price, service and quality to meet the needs of the organization
• Review que in Solar and place purchase orders
• Item Set-Up and Maintenance
• Vendor Set-Up and Maintenance
• Update all pricing in Solar
• Run inventory valuation report daily to help minimize inventory
• Expedite purchase orders and track when incoming inventory is needed, monitor orders and move dates accordingly
• Consistent communication with Sales and Engineering departments with a sense of urgency and quick response time for all departments
• Create and follow up with work orders regarding kitting projects
