    The Position:
    FullStack is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Communications to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic thinker with a distinct point of view and an endless supply of ideas to boost FullStack’s brand visibility and engagement. As a hands-on direct contributor, you will be responsible for managing marketing and communications initiatives, leading campaigns, creating content, managing social media, and implementing internal and external communication strategies. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including executive leadership, sales teams, design stakeholders, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company's brand positioning and values. If you have a proven track record integrating storytelling campaigns that attract global clients and talent through marketing and branding, then this is the role for you!


    What We're Looking For:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
    • A successful track record achieving results while working internally or with a services provider to plan and carry out marketing communications programs
    • Hands-on, proven experience generating robust amounts of sales-ready leads using the following strategies:
    • SEO
    • Google AdWords
    • Linkedin Advertising
    • Content creation and marketing (including reports, whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
    • Conference marketing
    • Other forms of engagement, including events, podcasts, etc


    Experience with:
    • Branding
    • PR
    • Defining ideal customer profiles
    • Copywriting and editing
    • Experience leading marketing and communications engagement strategies in an IT services, recruiting, staffing, or software consulting environment.
    • Knowledge of, and competence with tools for generating traffic, converting users into leads, and nurturing those leads along the pipeline.
    • An individual with the ability to switch between marketing for brand and marketing for sales, linking actions to results.
    • An individual that operates with frugality and knows when to use resources/budget wisely and when to be stringent in order to achieve the best results.
    • Proficiency with design tools including Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Figma.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.


    What You Will Do:
    • Own and manage the marketing strategy for all FullStack company initiatives.
    • Create digital and print materials and drive campaigns, both internally and externally to promote the organization.
    • Consult often with the CEO on regional and geographic strategies that are influenced by the sectors we focus on.
    • Collaborate internally with product teams and creatives on marketing initiatives.
    • Stay current on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the workplace.
    • Create content to support, define, and drive the company's vision.
    • Manage FullStack’s cost-per-click marketing on Google AdWords, Linkedin, and Instagram.
    • Manage FullStack’s SEO strategy, including content calendars, using AI-based writing tools to create long-form content and blog posts, and manage backlink campaigns.
    • Work with designers to create static and video-based ads.
    • Build and amplify the brand voice for FullStack.
    • Drive all internal branding and communications.
    • Oversee company swag store and work with outside designers and vendors to create new swag on a quarterly basis.
    • Manage internal company events and external conferences.
