    As a Fox Pest Control Customer Communication Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage all internal and external communications throughout the organization. You will need to identify and create the public voice of the Fox brand, develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations, and create written and spoken style guides for all applicable departments to use as a resource.

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and establish the public voice of the Fox brand
    • Design oral and written style guides and assets for department resources.
    • Consult executive leadership to create effective communication procedures and policies for various situations.
    • Construct customer-facing written materials such as emails, texts, ads, web content, etc.
    • Coach and assist Fox team members in enhancing their communication skills.
    • Oversee customer review responses and procedures to ensure a response to all customer reviews on various web-based platforms.
    • Build and maintain the customer journey map, strategizing when, who, and how to communicate with customers on every platform..
    • Create and execute customer relationship and retention strategies and communication plans Research to provide Fox with cutting-edge communication methods and technology while monitoring the progress of active communication strategies.
    • Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to develop materials to educate staff and coach team members to improve their communication abilities.
    • Computer literacy in word processing and database management. Must learn new software programs as needed, including Salesforce and Birdeye.
    • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
    • Multi-task with exceptional time management skills.
    • Learn quickly and be self-motivated with high initiative.


    Experience/Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a communication-related field such as marketing, public relations, writing, or social science.
    • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a marketing role. Pest control industry experience preferred.
    • Strong oral, written, and phone communication skills.
    • Experience writing marketing communications, public relations assets, online and print materials, publications, and presentations.
