The Dispatcher acts as an intermediary between customers and service employees. Responsible for dispatching and scheduling work orders utilizing required applications such as customer service systems, field service systems, customer information systems, and field radio systems for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered in the field. Communicates with customers, relaying information to workers and keeping careful records of services and transactions.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED certificate required; relevant experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Extended periods of exposure to computer screen.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
