POSITION SUMMARY: Provides a variety of support services to homeless or near-homeless Veterans; assists in coordinating services and communication among landlords and CNCAP; provides financial assistance for eligible persons; identifies and accesses resources; seeks to expand program and resources independently and confidently; promotes and maintains public relations; and completes forms accurately and timely. Provide case management, and assist in recruiting and enrolling Veterans into the Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families Program.

REPORTS TO: SSVF/Fox Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $16.50-$18.25 (depending on qualifications)
