About Us:

Relief Mental Health was founded in February of 2020. Within these 3 years we have expanded to 10 new offices across Illinois, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. We aim to create a new standard for mental health care, offering a continuum of innovative therapeutic interventions and responding to evolving patient needs.

This position will cover community outreach for Rockford and surrounding communities.

Acts as an advocate and marketer of company services to potential referral sources and the surrounding community. The purpose of this position is to ensure referral goals are met and clinics receive appropriate referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the management team in planning outreach strategies to gain market share of referrals and potential patients

Plan and execute outreach strategies

Exhibit a high level of professionalism while working in the field and representing the Relief Mental Health brand

Maintain or exceed referral goals set forth by the executive team Consistently participates in face-to-face interactions with referral sources.

Work to develop new relationships with potential referral sources such as but not limited to: physicians, therapists, universities and other behavioral health service providers in an autonomous manner by drop ins, cold calling, and other means

Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Maintain a weekly call log

Maintain a record of contacts in CRM

Work flexible hours that may include nights and/or weekends Other duties as assigned

Up to 80% travel throughout assigned territory and beyond when necessary

Represents the company at various community events and venues

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in sales or marketing
1 years of sales and/or marketing experience

Reliable transportation for daily travel

Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage that meets state requirements
