Compensation and Benefits Manager manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Manager develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Manager manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This is a remote position. This position is for the Worker's Compensation team.
The training hours are 7:00am-3:30pm CST for the first 120 days.
The working hours are 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
Summary: The Insurance Reimbursement Specialist, under the direction of Accounts Receivable Manager, ensures claims submitted to responsible entities are received, processed, and resolved in a timely manner. This position’s goals are met through professional communication, confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and a working knowledge of CMS/other payer guidelines.

Qualifications:
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Use reasoning to meet and maintain department and personal benchmarks.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, spreadsheet software and database software.
