Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description:
· Develop the care plan and supervise the patient's general medical care, including in-home supervisory visits, in conjunction with physician orders and Advantage policy
· Provide instruction and special training to the employees who provide patient care when applicable
· Act as the liaison with the patient's physician and coordinate care between the patient, physician, and other health care professionals
· Evaluate and document patient's progress and development towards patient care goals
· Supervise other members of the health care team in order to provide sound and continuous patient care
Requirements:
· Must hold an active RN license in the state of Indiana (or be eligible to transfer license to Indiana)
· Must have current driver's license and reliable vehicle as this position does require some local travel
· Must have a sincere and genuine interest in patient care, home care, and compassion for the sick and elderly
· At least 6 months experience as an RN is preferred, but not required
· Supervisory nursing experience is preferred, but not required
