Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This is a remote position. This position is for the Worker's Compensation team.
The training hours are 7:00am-3:30pm CST for the first 120 days.
The working hours are 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
Summary: The Insurance Reimbursement Specialist, under the direction of Accounts Receivable Manager, ensures claims submitted to responsible entities are received, processed, and resolved in a timely manner. This position’s goals are met through professional communication, confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and a working knowledge of CMS/other payer guidelines.

Qualifications:
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or business office.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Use reasoning to meet and maintain department and personal benchmarks.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, spreadsheet software and database software.
