  • We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to temporarily assist with administering and coordinating the daily activities and maintenance related to retirement plans for over 35,000 US-based employees. The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Willow Grove, PA. Responsibilities:• Assist with the administration and operation of the company-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k) Plan, Qualified Profit Sharing Plan, Non-Qualified Profit Sharing Plan, and Executive Deferred Compensation Plan• Process plan enrollments and monitor HR/payroll system for eligibility changes• Process weekly 401(k) contribution reconciliation and fundingRequirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in the business field • 2-3 years experience in retirement plan administration highly preferred• Experience with retirement plan compliance and regulatory requirements preferred• Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills with an emphasis on Excel required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data• The ability to handle a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and crucial deadlines is essential.If you are interested call 267-287-1074 or email gianna.migliarese@roberthalf com
