Compliance Analyst
Summary:
This position within the DLL US Compliance Department will serve under the direction of the Director of Compliance Planning, Reporting, and Regulatory Relations, and is responsible for the day to day operation of the overall Compliance Program including all compliance charter and Target Operating Model elements. This position will be responsible for supporting teams across Compliance to deliver key components of the Compliance Program.

Day to Day
Compliance framework:
- Help maintain a robust Compliance risk management program by supporting the Core, Privacy, BSA/AML, and QA/Monitoring programs as needed
- Consistently maintaining, updating and where necessary enhancing policies, procedures, controls and processes
- Play a role in identifying Compliance gaps and support the development and implementation of solutions; Proactively work with team members and stakeholders to drive deliverables to completion for the benefit of the organization
Specific Duties:
- Work collaboratively with Compliance stakeholders to support Special Projects as needed
- Manage the U.S. Compliance Policy Warehouse and associated processes
- Support alignment of risk assessment frameworks
- Create and deliver regular Compliance communications
- Gather and manage data from all Compliance areas (Core, QA and Monitoring, BSA/AML and Privacy) and identify areas for enhanced reporting strategies to improve dashboards for Management
- Work collaboratively with Business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance; Proactively escalate issues that present potential risk to the company
- As necessary, support regulatory tracking during times of heavy document submission as well as the fulfillment of Regional Oversight requests
- Periodic review and update of documentation stored on SharePoint to meet regulatory expectation
- Coordinate the global DevOps process with Compliance teams and align with global Compliance
- Other tasks as assigned

Essentials
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (Masters/MBA/JD are a plus, but not required)
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years Regulatory Compliance or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of federal laws applicable to business and consumer financing strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Strong MS Office skills (SharePoint skills are a plus, but not required)
- Compliance Certifications are a plus, but not required (i.e. CAMS, CRCM, CCEP or equivalent)
- Experience in consumer finance, lending, equipment leasing and/or vendor finance preferred
- Ability to communicate with ease within a global network organization. Customer focused.
- Highly competent in the analysis and interpretation of information, and able to translate this into concrete advice. Ability to ask the right questions to understand a business request and address it in an optimal way
- Personal skills / competencies:
- Pro-active self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results
- Problem analysis and problem solving using good judgment in a timely manner
- Constructive engagement as a team player, working co-operatively and productively across teams to share information and knowledge appropriately
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Applicable Pay Range
$70,849.22- $106,273.82
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
