Maintain and manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decisions. Assist HR staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting. Implement updates and new features in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now). Conduct audits for compliance, identify gaps, and make recommendations based on data analysis. Manage employee file projects and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Onsite for the first 4-6 weeks of training. Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with a requirement of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday. After training, the role requires 3 days onsite per week. The position involves behind-the-scenes work, interacting internally with the HR team.
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00
