What You’ll Do:

• Be the Expert: Provide regulatory and technical guidance to teams across Technical, Sales, Marketing, and beyond.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with corporate functions and consultants on compliance and regulatory projects.
• Lead Sustainability Efforts: Spearhead local site sustainability activities and coordinate with corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee internal audits, facility inspections, and regulatory reporting for EPA, FDA, ISO, and more. TSCA
• Shape Policies: Develop and approve site-level policy documentation, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Tackle Emerging Challenges: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and chemical industry trends.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Safety, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, or a related scientific discipline. Certifications in ISO 9001:2015 or FDA (PCQI, HACCP) preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in product safety, product stewardship, or quality within manufacturing, with a focus on EPA’s TSCA and food-related regulations.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and recordkeeping.
• Passion for Sustainability: Experience or interest in sustainability metrics, including CO2 footprint and Ecovadis, is a plus.
