Conducts investigations of alleged violations of the corporation's ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policy. Being a Compliance Officer recommends proactive measures that will reduce the risk of similar future incidents. Presents clear, concise, and factual reports that enable fair and relevant decisions to be made. In addition, Compliance Officer typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification. Being a Compliance Officer contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The MEA Legal and Compliance team is a collaborative and high performing function which enjoys and values the support of the business.
The successful candidate will support the Head of Compliance of Cigna KSA, leading, shaping and developing opportunities from the outset. There will be opportunities to work with senior leaders including the General Manager of Cigna Saudi Arabia, the MEA Regional Head of Compliance and business leaders around the world.
As part of the Saudi Compliance team and the regional MEA Legal and Compliance team, the successful candidate will be a trusted team member, asked to shape and stay involved in opportunities and projects from the outset. As a Compliance Officer, you will work closely with your colleagues in Compliance supporting Cigna’s business with accurate, proportionate and timely compliance and regulatory advice to assist the operational, strategic and financial aims of Cigna KSA. The job content will be excitingly broad in line with the scope of Cigna Saudi Arabia’s business.
