Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities within the organization and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AISC compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional individuals to address compliance issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
- Provide guidance on compliance matters to other managers
- Lead compliance training programs for employees

Requirements
- Proven experience in compliance management and quality assurance
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with AISC regulations, inventory & manufacturing controls, and Microsoft office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
