SCRATCH COOKING CHEF FOR SMALL HOTEL (Byfield, MA near Newburyport)Adelynrood has an opening for full time chef from late April to Early October. We do quality scratch cooking that is served buffet style for between 10 and 110 guests. Our food is seasonal and healthy, with a diverse and flexible menu. The kitchen is spacious, sunny, and well set up. We pride ourselves on offering fine dining in a rustic environment with a relaxed atmosphere. BEGINS ASAP.

You would be preparing breakfast and lunch usually Tuesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 2:30PM with occassional overtime. Experience cooking from scratch is essential. Baking skills for simple desserts are very helpful. This could be a part time position if you need reduced hours.

We hope you would want to share your own specialties and to have the flexibility to adapt to the dietary needs of those we cook for.
