Join a great team! An enthusiastic self-driven project coordinator is needed for a general contractor.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Project Manager to coordinate project requirements, activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Project material procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to superintendent and Project Manager.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for all document responses, drawing updates, proposals received, etc.
• Write and issues subcontractor contracts.
• Write and issue Purchase Orders.
• Write and issue project owner change orders and subcontractor change orders.
• Draft and issue Requests for Information (RFIs), project submittals and their responses.
• Issue Invitations to Bid and Addenda.
• Manage RFPs and RFQs.
• Compile Close-out packages consisting of warranties, operation, and maintenance manuals, and more.

Requirements and skills

• 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator, or similar role. Experience in Foundation desired but not required.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
