Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our larger projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As Construction Foreman, you will oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications while maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and assist the activities of window mechanics on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Measure and discuss initial project and expectations with end user
• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction activities effectively.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets project requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize tools such as a glass meter, and software like Company Cam or Primavera and ProCore for project management.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring that milestones are met according to the established plan.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately interpret construction plans.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and micosoft office for document management and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges that arise during construction projects.
• Attention to detail in quality control measures to ensure high standards are met consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,339.00 - $69,156.00 per year
