Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve supervising crew members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing project timelines and budgets. We also do Yard drainage work. So, experience on an excavator is preferred.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling and assigning tasks to crew members

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites

- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility

- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met

- Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices

- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Primavera

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects

- Familiarity with construction estimating processes

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
