Construction Foreman jobs in Nevada

We are a design build general contractor specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels as well as home additions and extensions. We are looking for a general foreman who has a background in construction. This person will work closely with our production team to manage multiple projects daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for project inspections
• Responsible for site safety
• Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations
• Manage the overall project and 3-week look ahead schedules, including creating the master schedule and updating it on a weekly basis
• Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule
• Management and supervision of work crews on-site
• Maintain clear and open communication with Production

Qualifications:

• Construction background (specifically in remodel a bonus)
• Knowledge of project management techniques including preparation or validation of reports on progress for labor, materials used, and equipment costs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Can read construction set drawings with full understanding
• Demonstrate experience in scheduling, supervision, and project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and can drive to job sites.
• Familiar with computers, specifically, Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
