In addition, Consumer Insights Manager typically reports to a director. The Consumer Insights Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Overview:
The Consumer Insights Specialist will play a crucial role enhancing Flare’s customer-centric culture by championing the voice of the customer. The role will be integrated into the Product Marketing team and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, Operations, and convert insight into action. This is a high exposure role that can meaningfully change people’s lives by helping to deliver best-in-class legal services to more people.
