Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls. Prepares and presents audit reports for management to identify the issues and performance. Being a Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor assists with feedback and training of individuals who have contact with customers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job responsibilities include:
- Monitoring calls to provide feedback regarding telephone etiquette, information provided and procedures
- Monitoring, evaluating and scoring inbound calls against established quality assurance instruments and standards
- Reviewing and analyzing conversations between the Potential claimants and agents to ensure that quality standards are met
- Providing ongoing feedback to staff based on call performance
- Ensuring that agents provide quality service in line with the organizational objectives
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems
- Documenting and reporting service quality levels
- Ensuring that agents adhere to predetermined quality assurance standards and the business's standard
- Providing performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve call quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
