As a Quality Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the high standard and integrity of our products throughout the production process. Your duties include overseeing inspection activities, supervising inspection and testing teams, and implementing inspection criteria and procedures. You use various measuring instruments to verify product conformance to specifications and meticulously review customer and OEM requirements to ensure accuracy.
Your responsibilities extend to managing our Quality Management System to meet customer, internal, and regulatory standards, as well as evaluating vendor quality systems. With attention to detail, you classify inspection results and take appropriate action on non-conforming products. Additionally, you interact with various stakeholders, participate in review meetings, and provide senior management with insightful reports on quality system performance.
