Our office located in Concord, NH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building. Candidates must be able to meet individual and department objectives and apply sales skills while educating customers and cross selling all personal lines of insurance. Salary
Our annual starting salary is $43,790-$57,704. Compensation will be considered based on your level of experience and/or applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry. In addition, we offer a competitive monthly and quarterly bonus pay structure based on your performance.
The 40-hour schedule after training will be Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the potential to work holidays and a few weekends per year. The training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
