Job Summary :

As a Business Development Center Representative at Gosch Hyundai in Hemet, California, you will play a key role in driving sales for our dealership.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary of $18 per hour plus commission.

You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Generate new business by reaching out to potential customers through various methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media
• Maintain relationships with current customers by following up regularly and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases
• Utilize dealership software and tools to track and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and promoting special offers
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs and concerns

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, current sales license a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mentality
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dealership software and systems
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
