Assists in maintaining and adjusting staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler may require a bachelor's degree. Full-time Patient Scheduler needed for an established Jackson area dentist office. Scheduling and greeting patients, answering phones. Previous dental office and insurance experience preferred. Excellent customer service required to work within this great patient focused and team-oriented atmosphere. May require one evening shift (Tues. until 8:00 PM). Schedule is Monday - Thursday work week with occasional exceptions.
