The Contact Center Representative is responsible for assisting our current and potential members in a variety of ways. You will become knowledgeable about all the products and services we offer to help better serve and educate our members.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Assist members both over the phone, through online banking, and through Live Chat

Become knowledgeable about all products and services we offer

Assist with Debit Card and Credit Card Questions

Including fraud and dispute paperwork

Assist with the online banking and mobile app

Including troubleshooting and tech support
-
Process address changes
-
Complete Reports and projects to assist other departments

Assist the Contact Center Manager with a variety of projects
-
Other duties as assigned

Contact Center pays a higher wage scale over similar positions due to the advanced knowledge required

Contact Center hours are currently 8am-5pm CST

Positions could be located in Lafayette or Decatur
