Monitors and evaluates interactions, workflow, and metrics to meet performance standards and sales targets. Being a Contact Center Team Leader (Includes Selling) coaches agents in best practices to respond to customer inquiries using scripts, dialogues, or talking points and how to identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Ensures that routine service requests are processed or redirected correctly. Additionally, Contact Center Team Leader (Includes Selling) responds to and resolves escalated issues or transfers complex requests to appropriate support teams. Dynamic Opportunity~ As a full-time employee, working 40 hour per week, a Residential Team Leader is responsible for the direct oversight of a A GRP Residential Group Home. What does this position look like~ A Residential Team Leader is responsible for administrative duties include staff scheduling, supervision and ensure documentation is completed in according with DMHAS regulations. Additional responsibilities include completion of treatment plans and clinical documentation. Coordinates scheduling and programming. Provides direct services to residents. Is available for emergency situations and filling in at residences on an as needed basis. Advocates for residents. Collaborates with resident's and other treatment providers. Develops activities that support community integration. Develops treatment interventions that assist with recovery goals. Coordinates House Council meetings.
