Job Overview:

The Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in enhancing AMERISAN's online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct social media audits to assess current strategies and ensure best practices are being followed across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube and Twitter.
• Generate innovative content ideas to effectively market company products and services, including but not limited to videos, blogs, and how-to guides.
• Create high-quality content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand messaging and values.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Utilize video and picture editing software, such as Adobe, to create compelling visual content for digital platforms.
• Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to gain insights into website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
• Proven track record of executing successful organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in video and picture editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
