Experience - (1) One year to three years of similar or related experience. (2) A background in Corporate Marketing is preferred. (3) Experience in graphic design is required. (4) Experience with Canva is highly recommended. (5) Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention. (6) Comprehensive knowledge of current video equipment and current video software recognized as industry standards (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Soundtrack Pro, Motion). (7) Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach. (8) Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Education - (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills - Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have high standards regarding the quality of internal and external facing communications. Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Other Skills - (1) Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. (2) General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content. (3) Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. (4) Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach. (5) Strong video content skills including creating Reels, Stories and YouTube videos.
