What this Job Entails:
The Contracts Administration Manager is responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners. The role works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications, and other requirements.
Scope:
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of a situation or data needs evaluation of multiple factors, including familiarity with current business trends.
- Follows processes and operational policies while selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
- Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements.
- May have budget responsibilities.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Confers with procurement staff, legal staff, and management on various legal matters; inspects and reviews contracts for compliance with certification requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develops short and long-term strategies and goals for the administration of assigned contracts.
- Leads the work of others.
- May conduct training on complex contracting issues of statewide significance.
- Oversees contract documents and ensures management understands and authorizes contract terms involving multiple statewide contracting programs.
- Oversees development, writing, revision, and/or preparation of highly complex contracts, amendments, subcontracts, procedures, forms, related documents and provisions, and reports.
- Oversees maintenance, updating, and compilation of detailed data, reports, summaries, files, records, logs statistics, or specific contracts including procurement documents and revisions; oversees the writing of routine and unique correspondence.
- Oversees the administration of complex agreements and contracts.
- Provides advanced technical and administrative support including reviewing, processing, answering questions, providing assistance, and handling complaints and resolution of discrepancies and problems regarding contracts, billing, payment, and warrants.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
- Must be able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; makes decisions that support business objectives and goals
- Public relations skills for maintaining effective working relationships with individuals and groups
- Ability to lead, assign, review, and monitor the work of others
- Ability to analyze complex business, technical, and managerial problems and develop, recommend, and implement effective solutions
Physical Demand & Work Environment:
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment

Salary Range
$91,670.44 - $144,742.80 USD (Salary)
- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation that may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, and preferred qualifications, among other factors.
