    As the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Manager ensures that client goals and processes are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully executed.

    This is a salaried position with recurring commission-based incentives, offering the potential to earn additional income based on performance and client retention.

    Responsibilities

    • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with additional fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish preferred.
    • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing processes, client needs, and business priorities.
    • Remote Work Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication skills across phone, email, and social media platforms.
    • Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year in B2B sales is preferred, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
    • Self-Motivation: Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Customer Focus: A client-first mindset with a dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs and goals.

    Requirements

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
